1. BUSINESS AIMS

A company developed a new Type 2 Diabetes product and launched its phase III clinical trial in Russia. To minimize recruitment costs, they decided to develop strong motivational concepts for patients.These concepts were designed to help involve more participants for lower incentives.

2. BAZIS HEALTH SOLUTION

We involved physicians to ensure that targeted respondents would be recruited and then used a bulletin board with T2D patients.During the two-week long bulletin board, the patients were sharing their opinions, problems with their condition and hope for the future.

3. CLIENT IMPACT

The findings helped our client develop a motivational concept to promote clinical trials. The key driver for the respondents was the ability to manage their condition themselves. In addition, the project made it possible to set up the right incentives for taking part in trials.
