Who we are
Michael’s skills and expertise are unique: he is a life-long entrepreneur, with diverse experience in finance, construction, and foreign trade. Michael is a founding partner of Bazis Group, currently responsible for strategic development and team integration. Michael enjoys hunting, literature, and foreign languages, and is constantly challenged to learn more.
Michael holds an Executive MBA degree with concentration in Finance. He is an avid explorer, reaching remote parts of the world where nature still prevails over civilization.
Tatiana has worked in research since 2002 and is responsible for global client relationships. Located in the flat prairies of densely populated and cosmopolitan Northern Illinois, Tatiana loves mountain biking, hiking, and yoga.
Elected to the ESOMAR Council for three consecutive terms, and chaired the Central and Eastern European Research Forum in Prague. Since 2007 she has presented, chaired or sat on the program committee at industry forums in twelve countries. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and teaches marketing at UIC and Loyola University Chicago.
