Case Study 3. Helping a client learn impact of new packages for pain relief medication

1. BUSINESS AIMS

The producer of a well-known OTC pain relief medication decided to divide the products for different types of pain and develop new packages for a whole range of products.

2. BAZIS HEALTH SOLUTION

Designers produced three versions of packages. To test them, we conducted quantitative interviews with painkillers users. All respondents were divided into three groups. Each set of packages was placed on a simulated pharmacy shelf and then tested by one group of respondents.

3. CLIENT IMPACT

The project results allowed the client to select the best size and design for each package. The project also helped evaluate how the brand was perceived and what measures should be taken to improve its perception.
