Case Study 5. Evaluating communication materials for new treatment for angina patients

1. BUSINESS AIMS

A company that produces an effective add-on for the treatment of angina patients wanted enlarge its prescription range in Russia and in Ukraine. In order to do so, they created several communication materials to be shown to physicians with the given angina add-on.

2. BAZIS HEALTH SOLUTION

We conducted several face-to-face-interviews showing the given communication materials to cardiologists in Russia and Ukraine. This technique gave us an understanding of physicians’ opinions regarding the communication materials, and figure out both the positive and negative aspects of them.

3. CLIENT IMPACT

Our project helped the client see the communication materials through the eyes of a Russian or Ukrainian cardiologist. They could optimally present the add-on and target a maximum of physicians with angina patients.
